Welcome to our location page. We have five IRON HAVEN GYM locations. Below is a description of each one.

IRON HAVEN GYM #1 ARGYLE STREET ALBERTON

IRON HAVEN GYM's Flagship Gym. A huge facility by PEI standards with over 12,000 square feet of space. This is a serious training facility that caters to hardcore lifters and serious athletes but also the average person who wants to improve their physical conditioning.

Gym has a huge coed gym floor with two complete sets of dumbells, one set up to 200 pounds!, tons of free weights and a huge variety of heavy duty machines.PEI's ONLY Certified Hammer Strength Training Center! Their is also a separate SHAPE LADIES FITNESS CENTER filled with new top of the line ATLANTIS gear. Second level cardio room with over 30 pieces of cardio equipment..most of it LIFE FITNESS..the best in the world. Gym also houses a fully equipped BULL PEN. This is a serious training room with no holds barred.

Location also features personal trainers, an on staff aesthetician (853-4488),a Wave Vibration Platform, a Pro Shop with lots of suppliments and clothing, a shake bar, a stand up and lay down solarium, lockers, and lots of IRON HAVEN GYM Souvenir clothing. We even have an infared sauna which feels great after a hard workout. Kids fit classes, Boot Camp, UFC style training classes and lots more! Private room available for rent for Birthday Parties, Meetings Etc. Having a STRONGMAN contest at your next family reunion? We've got the ATLAS STONES, FARMERS WALK, CAR LIFT PLATFORM...EVEN A 850 POUND TIRE to flip! Our goal is to provide you with everything you need to meet your training goals.

GYm is open 7 days a week from 5:00AM to 10:00 PM Mon to THUR and from 5:00AM to 8:00PM FRI to SUN.

IRON HAVEN GYM 18 WILLOW DRIVE O'LEARY

A two level gym with a co-ed gym on the main floor and a SHAPE LADIES FITNESS CENTER and a CARDIO ROOM on the second floor.All the Cardio is LIFE FITNESS...The best in the world! Dumbells go to 120 and lots of free weights and HAMMER STRENGTH GEAR. Open 7 days a week from 5:00AM to 10:30PM.

IRON HAVEN GYM 465 Water Street West Summerside

Summerside's premiere fitness facility with a complete free weight room, separate cardio room, on staff certified trainers, tanning bed, pro shop and a circuit. The largest selection of free weights,(dumbells up to 160 pounds), machines and cardio in Summerside and a dedicated staff to show you how to get the results you want. Stop in for a workout and to meet the gym manager Korey Reeves. Located next to the new Summerside boardwalk if you want to get your cardio outside! Great serious training atmosphere. IRON HAVEN GYM at the Summerside Wellness Center

IRON HAVEN GYM's latest facility. Features a complete line of professional APEX equipment, a separate ladies section, full line of STAR TRAC cardio, separate ab room, squash courts, pro shop, all housed in Summersides new Crfedit Union Place. Gym is managed by Vicki King who has lots of experience in helping people reach their goals. Building also houses an Olympic Pool, Kiddie Pool, HotTub, Two Ice surfaces, Restaurant, Bowling Lanes, Conference Center with more to come! Open 7 days a week. Mon-Thurs 6-9, Fri 6-9, Sat 9-5 and Sun 10-5.
